About Us
Perea Preschool

Our Mission
Perea Preschool will prepare all students academically, socially, and emotionally for success by creating and maintaining a classroom and school environment that is student-centered, with high academic expectations, and where all students feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued.
Our History
Perea Preschool opened in July of 1999 for 48 three-year-olds on the campus of Caldwell Elementary School in Memphis and today enrolls 160 three and four-year-olds inside of Klondike Elementary School.
Our goal at the time was to ensure that all Perea graduates left with the necessary academic and social skills for success in school. That vision has remained unchanged and has been strengthened through the years by the addition of support services and numerous community partners.
