From enrollment and registration to submitting the necessary documents, we are here to assist you every step of the way. The following documents are required for registration. A $60 fee will be added to all pre-K registrations with a completed application.
Proof of income (pre-K only)
Two proofs of residency (elementary only)
Valid state ID for parent or guardian (elementary only)
Completed Lunch Application (pre-K only)
Food Stamp or Families First Letter (with case number; pre-K only)
Copy of student’s birth certificate
Copy of the student’s social security card
Record of all required immunizations and physicals prior to starting school
Age Requirements
(PPS) Must be age 3 or 4 by August 15, 2023 AND potty trained
(Kindergarten) Parents of students turning 5 by August 15th should follow the normal process of registering their child by completing the New Student Registration Form below
If a child will already be 5 years-old on or before August 15th , 2023, then the child will not need to be screened. These children may register for Kindergarten.
If a child turns 5 years-old after September 30th , the child cannot be screened and must wait until the following year, fall of 2024, to enroll in kindergarten.
Shared Residency
The following information is required for shared residency.
Valid state ID for parent or guardian
Valid state ID for homeowner
Signed affidavit
Two proofs of residency for homeowner
A Shared Residence Affidavit is to be completed if residency requirements cannot be provided due to the fact that the parent and child (ren) are sharing a home with another person seven days a week, year round.
